R. Kirk Sherr
Mr. Sherr has nearly 25 years of professional
international experience as a diplomat, business leader and consultant,
including extensive experience in Latin America, where he has lived and worked
for 12 years in six different countries. From 1986 to 1995, he was a Foreign
Service Officer with assignments in the Philippines, El Salvador, Colombia, and
Washington, D.C. Since 1995, Mr. Sherr has held senior management positions for
international energy companies, including assignments in Brazil and Mexico and
also has worked as an international business consultant with a leading
consulting firm. He also has worked closely with U.S. and multinational
financial agencies, commercial banks and hedge funds to finance a variety of
start-up energy and infrastructure projects. He holds an A.B. from Franklin and
Marshall College and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
